It’s time to get out of your head and into your body! Movement Circles are a chance to re-connect to yourself and others while shedding stress and tension. Each circle includes expressive movement, mindfulness, and reflection, based on the group’s energy and needs. Bring a water bottle, an open mind, and your friends!
